1. Expore some of the world-famous Fairytale Castles

Neuschwanstein Castle is the most famous among the castles there. The place seems to be right out of a fairytale, perched high on the peaks. 

Several people claim that Disney used the castle as the model for Sleeping Beauty castle! It’s fun to walk through and imagine you are a prince or princess. 

Heidelberg Castle is also especially known for its beauty. It is an ancient ruin on top of a hill, so you can see the town from above.

Schnitzel consists of a thin piece of meat that becomes crispy when fried and then typically served with lemon. Try to have a pretzel – a big, soft and salty piece of bread.

You can treat yourself to Black Forest Cake (Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte) with cream and cherries or use this opportunity to try the traditional German foot, Apfelstrudel which is made from apples.
